Stanton Law is a criminal and traffic defense firm led by William W. Stanton VII, a former Virginia prosecutor. The firm handles reckless driving, DUI and DWI, hit and run, eluding, assault, drug, theft, firearms, cybercrime, sex crime and violent crime charges. Mr. Stanton spent more than a decade prosecuting cases for the Commonwealth before moving to the defense side, and he is a John Marshall Scholar from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The firm represents clients in courts across the Richmond area and beyond, and the office keeps long hours, open seven days a week. Its offices are on Dominion Blvd in Glen Allen, with a second location in Chesterfield.
