Back to Life Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice led by Dr. Krystal Phillips, who works with weekend warriors and athletes dealing with pain that keeps them from work, sports and family. Care includes spinal adjustments, along with rehabilitation, strengthening exercises, stretching programs and nutritional support. Patients are commonly treated for low back pain, headaches, and ankle, knee and shoulder injuries.

Dr. Phillips mainly uses hands-on adjustments to the spine and extremities, and also uses light-force techniques such as sacral occipital technique, flexion-distraction and instrument adjusting. She holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a master's degree in sports science and rehabilitation, and the office is in Chesterfield, Missouri, at Olive Boulevard. Office hours are posted on the website, with Saturday visits by appointment.
