Wetherington Homes

Wetherington Homes is a residential developer and home builder that has been developing neighborhoods and building homes in South Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina since 2005. The company offers move-in ready homes, with some quick-delivery options that can be ready in as little as 30 days, and also lets buyers pick a homesite and build from the ground up with their own choices of details.

Buyers can browse available homes and floor plans, and the company has a community called Riverview Landing, one of Southern Chesapeake's newer neighborhoods, with 79 homesites off Mount Pleasant Road. Its offerings include ranch, two-story and multi-generational plans, with walking paths and a community fire pit. The company is locally owned and operated and its corporate office is on Innovation Drive in Chesapeake.
