Virginia Builders

Virginia Builders is a locally owned development, design and home construction company with more than 40 years of experience in Hampton Roads. It designs homes and builds communities, offering a set of floor plans that buyers can customize, along with custom home building on a client's own lot.

The company is not a large production builder, so it can work closely with each buyer on layout, efficiency and finishes. Its sales center in Chesapeake is open by appointment only, and it currently has communities selling in Chesapeake, Suffolk and Cape Charles on the Eastern Shore.
