The Floor Store of Hampton Roads

The Floor Store of Hampton Roads sells carpet, hardwood, laminate, and tile for floors, backsplashes, counters, and bathroom walls. Its lineup includes plush sculptured carpet, durable Berber, and carpet padding, along with laminate and natural hardwood. The store also handles product installation and hauls away old floor coverings.

The owner, Gregg Edwards, has more than 22 years in retail flooring and has built relationships with general contractors and real estate developers. Customers can request a quote through the website, and the store says it quotes projects with a single advertised price that includes hauling and furniture moving. Financing is available. The shop is at 445 North Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake and serves Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Newport News, and Virginia Beach.
