Spivey Pest

Spivey Pest Control is a family-owned pest control company serving southeastern Virginia since 1967. Its work centers on treating and managing damage from termites and moisture, which the company says is much of pest control in the Hampton Roads area. Spivey also offers termite and moisture letters for home buyers and sellers, along with pre-construction treatments for building projects.

Service can be set up as a one-time visit or on a quarterly, monthly, biannual or annual schedule, and residential and rental property packages are available. Annual re-inspections and booster treatments are an option for ongoing protection. The office is on Battlefield Blvd in South Chesapeake, and the company says it serves the Hampton Roads area.
