Ready Mix Concrete

Anchor, "The Concrete Maker" delivers ready-to-pour concrete to residential and commercial properties across the Hampton Roads area. The company uses volumetric mobile mixer trucks that batch and mix concrete on site, so customers receive only the amount they order and there is no waste or hot load. Concrete buggies with an operator are available on job sites by reservation for tight spaces.

Deliveries are scheduled, often within 72 hours of a request, and quotes come by phone. Orders are billed in quarter-yard increments with a one-yard minimum, and customers need a wash-out area on the property. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead, except for rain. The company serves Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News, plus outlying rural counties by request. The office is on Ruritan Boulevard in Chesapeake.
