Priority Pest Services

Priority Pest Services handles pest control for homes and businesses, with termite treatment, fire ant treatment, spider removal, rodent control and mosquito control. Much of the work goes beyond bugs, too. The team also handles moisture control, crawl space encapsulation, sump pumps and French drains, vapor barriers, insulation, and structural repairs such as floor joist and sill beam repair.

Free termite, moisture and pest inspections include a check of the crawlspace and attic. Financing is available for larger jobs, and the company uses eco-friendly products that it says are safe for children and pets. For severe infestations, same-day or next-day service is often possible. The company serves Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg and Poquoson, and it takes on commercial properties as well. The main office is on South Military Highway in Chesapeake.
