About Two Rivers Yacht Basin

The story

Two Rivers Yacht Basin is a full service marina and boatyard on the north side of the Bohemia River, about half a mile in from the Elk River. It offers fixed and floating boat slips, boat engine repair and maintenance, bottom painting, winterization, shrink wrapping, and a 25-ton travel lift for hauls, along with on-site boat brokerage and used boat sales. A fuel dock sells 90 octane gas and runs a waste pump out.

Slips are available for boats from 16 to 43 feet and include water and 30 amp electric service. Restrooms and showers are open to slip holders and their guests, and the grounds have a sandy beach, a pool, and picnic areas. Boaters from Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey are the marina's typical visitors, and it is a few minutes from the town of Chesapeake City. Call ahead to schedule a marina tour.
