Michael Gilliss photographs homes and commercial properties for real estate listings, with standard and HDR photo packages, aerial photos, video walkthroughs, 3D tours, floor plans and virtual staging. He says he has personally photographed more than 5,000 residential homes and commercial properties since 2015, from Rittenhouse Square penthouses to Haddonfield estates, foreclosures, new construction and industrial sites.

He handles the shooting, editing and delivery himself rather than sending work to a large staff or outside editors, and photo packages are delivered the same day. Appointments are needed, and rescheduling or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by call or text. A $50 travel fee applies if the property isn't ready when he arrives. He serves Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey, and the business is based in Merchantville.
