Frame Hardwoods, Inc.

Frame Hardwoods makes Chelsea Plank Flooring, a prefinished solid hardwood plank flooring sold in several series, from the Chateau select grade to the Lodge extreme character grade. The company's signature product is pattern plank, a mixed-width installation using widths such as 3/4/5 inches, which the company says is an alternative to single-width floors. Its finish is a multi-layer, UV-cured urethane that is formaldehyde free.

The company was founded in Chelsea, Michigan, in 1994 by David and Lisa Frame, who began as a small logging operation. Customers can find a list of authorized dealers on the company's website, and the factory and offices are on Industrial Drive in Chelsea.
