Town and Country Ford

Town and Country Ford is a Ford dealership on East Independence Boulevard in Charlotte, selling new and pre-owned Ford vehicles, including gas, hybrid and electric models, and running a service department, parts counter and collision center. The dealership uses a no-haggle pricing model it calls Sonic Price, and it is the first dealership established by Sonic Automotive founder Bruton Smith.

The sales team and service department both serve drivers from Charlotte and nearby towns such as Matthews, Indian Trail, Monroe and Concord. Shoppers can get pre-qualified for financing, and service visits can be scheduled through the dealership's site. An on-site diner and bakery, Nor'East Treats and Eats, serves breakfast, lunch and desserts inside the building, which makes waiting for service or shopping easier.
