The Social Shop

The Social Shop is a locally owned gift and clothing shop in Strawberry Hill, Charlotte, built around gifting and apparel for people of all ages. It was formed when two local brands, a gift shop and an online clothing boutique, joined forces and opened a single store in September 2021.

The shop stocks goods from other Charlotte makers, including Piedmont Pennies, Queen City Crunch, Bear Food, Cloister Honey and Amen Jewelry. It also hosts in-store events featuring those vendors and other local businesses, with food and drinks from small producers. The store is at Providence Road in Charlotte, open Monday through Friday daytime, with shorter hours on Saturday and Sunday.
