Stylecraft Homes

Stylecraft Homes is a custom home builder in the Charlotte area that focuses on luxury residential homes and renovations. The company was founded in 2006 by Daniel Barbu and is now run with his daughter, Chloe, who works as project manager and design lead. Daniel handles the building side, including managing subcontractors and overseeing quality at each stage.

The company keeps its project load intentionally small so each client works directly with the owners from the first design conversation through the final walkthrough. Its service area covers Charlotte neighborhoods along with Lake Norman, Union County, Marvin, Weddington, Waxhaw and Indian Land. The office is on John J Delaney Drive in Charlotte, and clients can reach the team by phone or through a contact form on the site.
