Ratledge, Welch & Crews is a certified public accounting firm that has served clients in Charlotte since 1986. The firm works with small to medium-sized businesses and individuals on tax, accounting, retirement and financial goals, and its clients span insurance agencies, manufacturing, real estate, construction, retail and other professional service firms.

Services include monthly, quarterly or annual compiled and reviewed financial statements, bookkeeping, business plans and loan packages, and tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, LLCs, estates and trusts. The firm also represents clients before the IRS and other tax authorities, designs retirement plans such as 401(k) and SEP plans, and handles business valuations and estate planning.
