Panzu Brewery

Panzu Brewery pairs craft beers, including tropical IPAs and rich stouts, with Caribbean-inspired small plates. The kitchen is known for its Montego Wings in several sauces, the Arroz Bowl of pulled meat over white rice with house queso, and the Canal de la Mona, a sweet plantain dish layered with pork, chicken or beef under melted cheese. Empanadas, quesadillas and yuca fries round out a menu built for sharing.

Takeout, delivery and online ordering are available, and the brewery also offers gift cards and catering for events. The space has indoor seating and a breezy deck with firepits, and it hosts trivia nights and live music. It is a family friendly spot, and the brewery is located in Mint Hill.
