Hughes Floor Covering

Hughes Floor Covering is a family-owned flooring store that sells and installs carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, tile, waterproof flooring, cork and area rugs. Randy Hughes founded the business in 1977, and several generations of the family have worked there. Brands carried include Shaw, Mohawk, Karastan and Karndean.

Installation is handled by the store's own Certified Installers rather than subcontractors, and many have worked there for a decade or more. Free in-home estimates include measurements, and a project specialist can bring samples to your home for a shop-at-home visit. The Charlotte showroom is on Monroe Road in the Oakhurst area, and the company also has a showroom in Indian Land, South Carolina.
