Elysian Aesthetics & Wellness is a physician-led clinic offering injectables with Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm and Restylane, along with laser hair removal, laser skin treatments, microneedling and chemical peels. The menu also includes IV vitamin therapy, hair restoration using ALMA technology and medically supported weight loss programs.

Every new client has a comprehensive aesthetic and medical consult before treatment starts, and the first consultation is free. Dr. Tejal Patel, MD, serves as medical director, and an aesthetic nurse is on the team. Gift cards can be bought online for immediate or scheduled delivery. The clinic is on Blakeney Professional Drive in Charlotte and is open Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sundays and Mondays.
