Customers 1st Drain Cleaning & Plumbing Repairs

Customers 1st Drain Cleaning & Plumbing Repairs is a residential plumbing company that handles drain clearing, fixture repair and installation, appliance hookups, and emergency leak response. Its drain work covers kitchen grease and food buildup, bathroom hair clogs, and main sewer line inspections, with root-cause inspections rather than surface clearing. The company is family owned and operated and says it carries insurance.

Service is by online booking, phone, or chat, and the company says it offers same-day emergency repairs for burst pipes and major leaks. It also states a 2-year warranty on repairs and offers financing. The business is based in Ballantyne and serves Charlotte and nearby communities across Mecklenburg County.
