Custom work moves through a set path: a consultation, a design stage, review and approval, then creation of the final piece. Most repairs take two to three days, Pandora bracelets are cleaned while you wait, and the staff check the stones in your jewelry at no charge. Appraisals are available for insurance, estate or personal records. The store is in Charles Town and serves customers from Jefferson and Berkeley Counties, open Monday through Saturday.
