White Leaf Roofing

White Leaf Roofing is a roofing company run by owner Andy Johnson, who handles every roof inspection and estimate himself. The work covers tile, shingle and foam roofs, with roof replacement, roof repair and tile underlayment replacement as the core jobs. Underlayment replacement lifts the existing tiles, replaces the felt beneath them and relays the same tile, which is a common fix for East Valley homes. Storm and monsoon damage inspections and flat roof recoating are also offered.

Inspections are free with no obligation, and Andy will say when a roof is fine or only needs a repair. Each roof is bid individually after the inspection, and the bid is the price charged, with financing available for larger jobs. Most residential replacements take four to five days. Calls and texts go directly to Andy, and the company is based in Chandler.
