The concept is chef-driven, developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore with his wife Cristina Maggiore and business partner Flora Tersigni, and it leans on a butchery theme with a craft cocktail list.

The Chandler location is at 3151 W. Frye Rd. Guests can dine in, pick up orders, or have food delivered, and the restaurant also hosts private events and catering. Gluten-free options are available.
