Adams D and R

Adams Disaster and Restoration handles water, fire and storm damage cleanup, along with mold testing and removal, asbestos and lead testing, demolition and abatement, pack-out of personal belongings, and reconstruction after the damage is repaired. The company says it works with insurance carriers on claims, using Xactimate estimates approved by the insurer before repair work begins.

The crew is available around the clock, every day of the year, for emergency calls. The company says it does residential and commercial work across the Phoenix area, including Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert and Scottsdale, and its shop is on South 56th Street in Chandler. Properties built before 1982 are tested for asbestos before work starts, and crews set up containment when removing mold, lead or asbestos.
