ABC

Arizona Behavioral Counseling and Education, also known as ABC, provides court-referred and self-referred education and treatment programs for substance use, DUI, domestic violence and anger management. The agency is state certified by the Arizona Department of Health Services and has been operating for over 35 years. Its programs include an 8-hour substance use education class, a 16-hour DUI education course for Arizona's Level II requirement, and an 18-hour substance use education series, along with on-demand screening assessments.

Spanish-speaking services are available, and the agency will arrange support for other languages on an individual basis. Many classes can be completed by telehealth, with a telehealth platform and a downloadable guide for new clients. In-person services are by appointment or scheduled groups only. The Chandler office is at West Ray Road near Hartford Street, and the agency also has offices in Phoenix and Prescott Valley.
