Summit Exteriors

Summit Exteriors is a family-owned exterior contractor that handles roofing, siding, soffit and fascia, windows, seamless gutters, storm damage restoration, decks, and masonry. Customers often mention the shingle and roof replacements, full window replacements on older homes, and gutter installs with hand-mitred corners.

The company offers free estimates, and the estimator who prices a project also manages it, so homeowners keep one point of contact through completion. Free hail damage inspections are available after storms, with photo documentation when damage is found. The main office is in Champlin, with an accounting office in Otsego, and the crews serve the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. Office hours are weekday mornings and afternoons with a shorter Saturday window.
