Conn Human Performance

Conn Human Performance is a personal training business founded by Garrett Conn, a performance coach with 16 years of experience. Its programs are built around how people actually move, with training done in three dimensions and a focus on strength, mobility and athletic performance. Most clients are high-performing professionals between 35 and 55 who once moved like athletes and want that back. Options include online coaching, in-person one-on-one training, hybrid coaching, group training and golf performance coaching that covers swing mechanics, conditioning and mental skills.

In-person training is offered at a Champlin location and at a St. Paul location. Weekday hours run from early morning to late afternoon, and weekends are by appointment only. Online clients follow a personalized program through a coaching app, with bi-weekly check-ins, and the business works with clients across the country. New clients start with a strategy call to see whether the fit is right.
