Otero Homes

Otero Homes is a Cleveland-area home building company offering custom and semi-custom homes, remodels, and interior design. Its team, led by Ted and Kelly Otero, works from lot selection and project management through to final styling, with design and construction handled together. Past clients describe the process as organized and well managed, with trades that take care of the details.

The company also runs a real estate division and can help with mortgage questions through a local bank referral and mortgage calculator on its site. Its studio is at 16816 Chillicothe Road in Chagrin Falls, open weekdays during business hours, with weekend visits by appointment only. Projects have been built in towns including Orange Village, Hinckley, Novelty, Willoughby Hills and South Russell.
