Owner Lauren Hebert, a nurse practitioner with a doctorate, serves as medical director and tailors each plan to a client's goals and budget.

Free consultations are offered for all services, so new clients can talk through options before booking. The Essex office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and the practice also sees clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays at a Branford location.
