Stonegate Custom Homes

Stonegate Custom Homes designs, builds and renovates custom homes in Eastern Iowa, working from a personalized floor plan built around each client's lifestyle and family needs. Its work covers new homes on neighborhood lots or acreages, along with basement finishing, additions, porches and whole-home remodels. Andy Becker, the president, leads the company and its client work.

The company is a family-run team that describes itself as not a production builder, so every home is designed from scratch. Projects follow a documented process from first consultation through pre-construction, design selections and a construction agreement. Clients are based in Cedar Rapids and the surrounding communities, including Marion and Hiawatha. Work is handled by appointment only, and the office is at 400 2nd St SW in Cedar Rapids.
