Mind, Body & Spirit Chiropractic is a Cedar Rapids practice led by Dr. Laura Ledger, who earned her chiropractic degree in 2002 and also holds C.C.Ac. credentials. Chiropractic care is the core of the practice, with acupuncture, massage therapy and Reiki offered alongside. Massage sessions can include deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone and reflexology, and the team works with auto and sports injuries as well as complaints such as headaches, plantar fasciitis and low back pain.

The office sees patients of all ages, from infants to grandparents, and pairs adjustments with guidance on nutrition, stress and movement. Appointments can be requested online, and new patients can download forms before their first visit. Massage clients range from age 8 to 80. Hours are split across weekday mornings and afternoons, with Saturday and Sunday closed.
