James P. Moriarty

James P. Moriarty PC is a solo law practice led by attorney Jim Moriarty, who has more than 43 years of legal experience. The firm handles mediation and arbitration, criminal defense, civil litigation, real estate law, adoption, probate and estate planning, and corporate and business law for individuals, families and businesses.

Clients work directly with Mr. Moriarty rather than a rotating staff, and the firm serves Cedar Rapids and nearby communities including Marion, Hiawatha, Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty and Mount Vernon. The office is in the Armstrong Centre on 3rd Avenue SE in Cedar Rapids. Weekday hours are posted, and weekend meetings are by appointment only.
