Gerardo Lopez - RE/MAX Properties

Gerardo Lopez is an associate broker with RE/MAX Properties who helps buyers, sellers, investors and families with homes, land and investment property in Cedar City and Southern Utah. His site lists homes, townhomes, condos, land and foreclosures, and he also offers property valuations and seller listing plans based on local comparable sales in Cedar City, Hurricane, Sand Hollow and St. George.

He runs short-term rentals himself and offers co-hosting and STR management, so he can speak to rental investing from the operator's side. Buyers and sellers can search listings online or call him directly at the number on this page. Relocation guides for Cedar City and short-term rental investing in Southern Utah are also available through his site.
