Cave Creek K9 Training

Cave Creek K9 Training works with pet dogs on obedience, leash manners and behavior problems such as barking, leash reactivity, jumping and anxiety. Rodd Proctor leads the programs, drawing on 30 years of training that includes police K9s, their handlers, sport dogs and everyday family pets. Training is built around each dog's own challenges, with a focus on reliable behavior in everyday settings.

The board and train program has a trainer work with your dog for an intensive stretch, and private lessons can be held at your home or another convenient location. Dogs can also stay in the trainer's home for in-home boarding instead of a kennel, with exercise and training continued during the stay. A free phone consultation and temperament test is offered before you commit. The training center is on East Via Dona Road in Cave Creek.
