The John E. Ruth Co.

The John E. Ruth Co. is a family-owned plumbing, HVAC and remodeling company that has been based in Catonsville since 1922. Its plumbing work covers residential and commercial repair and installation, including sewer and drain cleaning, water heaters and sump pumps, while its heating and air conditioning crews handle installation and repairs. Kitchen, bathroom and basement remodels round out the list of services, and the company offers design services for remodeling projects.

Customers can call the office for a consultation, and the company says it works to start jobs at times that suit the customer. Its service area is the Baltimore metro region, and the shop is on Old Frederick Road in Catonsville. Reviewers often mention prompt arrivals and fair pricing on small repair jobs like a toilet or a flooded basement pump.
