TrueHealth NC is a holistic health practice led by Dr. Brett Morgan, D.C., who uses Applied Kinesiology, a muscle response testing method, to look at how the structural, nutritional and neurological systems interact. The practice focuses on long-term conditions such as chronic fatigue, thyroid problems, hormone imbalance, migraines, chronic pain, autoimmune disease, Lyme disease and digestive issues.

New patients start with a comprehensive evaluation that covers health history, an Applied Kinesiology assessment, a functional lab review and a review of symptom patterns. The office offers a free 20-minute consultation before any plan is made, and care combines nutritional support, movement work and hands-on treatment. The office is at 1513 Walnut Street in Cary.
