Agents and lenders can place new closing orders by email at each branch, with a copy of the contract for a sale or the request for title for a refinance, and can reach a 24/7 closing portal for documents. Branches are in Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Clayton, Apex, Wake Forest and Charlotte's SouthPark area, and branch offices are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Most branches offer parking on site or in a free deck.
