Carolina Self Defense & Krav Maga

Carolina Self Defense & Krav Maga teaches Krav Maga, the self-defense system developed for the Israeli Defense Forces, to adults and teens. Classes draw on boxing, wrestling, jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai and kickboxing, with realistic fight training and an emphasis on situational awareness and de-escalation. The school also runs 8-week self-defense boot camps, women's self-defense and college prep seminars, and corporate and group programs.

New students can start with a three-class trial or join a boot camp. Classes are offered daily for adults and teens, with a weekday kids class added more recently.
