Bookkeeping To Go is a full-service bookkeeping company run by Karen Shattuck, who has more than thirty years of experience keeping the books for mostly service-based businesses in QuickBooks. Clients include accountants, tax preparers, contractors, attorneys, consultants, non-profits, real estate agents, doctors and financial planners. The core work covers accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliation, and monthly financial statements such as income statements and balance sheets.

Karen handles 1099 and W-2 preparation, manages W-9 forms, and can serve as the liaison to a client's outside accounting firm. Payroll support includes help with federal and state payroll filings. The business is located at 3434 Kildaire Farm Rd. in Cary, and Karen says she is currently taking on new clients and keeps clients informed as work progresses.
