Blondell Properties

Blondell Properties is a real estate team led by Colleen Blondell, owner and broker-in-charge, serving buyers and sellers across the Triangle, including Cary, Raleigh, Durham and the surrounding area. The team leans on referrals and luxury home marketing, and offers services for sellers, buyers, investors and people relocating to the area.

The team works with inspectors, contractors and designers, and reaches buyers nationwide through the Buffini network. Colleen Blondell has worked in local real estate for more than 30 years and has been part of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS. The team has supported community housing efforts in the Triangle since 2007.
