Georgia Direct Family Care is a direct primary care practice, meaning patients pay a flat monthly membership rather than billing insurance for routine visits. Its services cover annual and sports physicals, DOT physicals, sick visits, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and thyroid care, routine lab work, and in-clinic medication dispensing at wholesale cost.

Membership is based on age, with monthly plans for children, adults, and seniors, plus a one-time enrollment fee per patient.
