Integrated Biomechanic Therapy

Integrated Biomechanic Therapy, or IBT, is a therapy system that combines orthopedic massage, corrective exercise and instructed self-care in one approach. It is aimed at common pain conditions in the neck, shoulder, upper and lower back, hip and knee. The practice was developed by Wendy Hajik, a former Air Force jet engine mechanic who later trained as a massage therapist and exercise specialist.

IBT is located inside the American Indoor Sports Facility on West Hebron Parkway in Carrollton. The practice describes its care as science-based and individualized, and it welcomes clients of all backgrounds. Questions can be directed to the office by phone or email before booking.
