The Handyman Property Service

The Handyman Property Service is a family-owned property maintenance and repair business based in Olean, serving residential and commercial customers. The work covers leaky pipes, appliance installs, kitchen and bath remodels, electrical fixtures like outlets, ceiling fans and recessed lighting, and security items such as smart locks and security systems. Outdoor jobs include roofs, gutters, decks, fences, patios and docks, and the team also takes on RVs, campers, boats and outdoor furniture.

Quotes are free, and the company says it uses flat-rate pricing with a $195 minimum work order. Work is covered by a workmanship guarantee. The office is open weekdays and Saturday and Sunday mornings, with 24/7 emergency service available. Customers within 7 miles of Olean can get an on-site estimate, and a $40 diagnosis fee applies beyond that, waived if the company does the work.
