Meadows Custom Homes

Meadows Custom Homes is a custom home builder that has been building homes across Canal Winchester and southeast Greater Columbus since 1994. The company designs homes from its existing plans or from one-of-a-kind blueprints drawn with an outside architect, and it works from any blueprint a client brings. Founder Steve Meadows grew up in Canal Winchester and leads the team.

The process starts with design, then moves to a construction plan and timeline, with help choosing materials, finishes and appliances. Clients can reach the office by phone or through a contact form on the website. Homes are often built with large decks and covered outdoor seating, and the builder says it stays on as the home builder after move-in. The office is in Carroll, Ohio, and works weekday business hours.
