H•E Homes

H•E Homes is a custom home builder working across the greater Indianapolis area. The company builds custom houses from a client's own design or from its pre-designed floor plans, with in-house customization and built-in upgraded finishes included in every home. Its process is organized around a Homeowner Portal where clients track construction schedules, make design and finish selections, and follow progress.

H•E Homes guarantees a move-in date within six to eight months of breaking ground, a commitment that clients have cited in their reviews. The company also handles some repair and cabinet work for past clients. The office is at 1828 E 106th St in Carmel, and the team serves communities including Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield and Zionsville.
