CorePoint Health and Medicine is a functional and integrative medicine practice that also runs an aesthetics division offering laser skin treatments. The practice works on chronic health problems that have not improved with traditional treatment, with a focus on digestive health, hormone balance, weight management, autoimmune issues and energy and mood. Its services include IV infusions, functional nutrition, telemedicine consultations and urgent care, and the aesthetics side treats acne, rosacea and other skin conditions, along with Morpheus8 laser treatments, microneedling and platelet rich plasma.

New patients book an initial appointment and fill out questionnaires ahead of time, and the first visit can run over two hours. Providers Dr. CJ Pabla and Dr. Jason Amich build a custom plan using genetic testing, lab assessments and nutrient testing, then follow up about every two months. The office is in West Carmel near Michigan Road and 106th Street, and the practice also serves patients from Zionsville and Indianapolis. The practice was formerly known as Integrative Medicine, Laser and Aesthetics.
