Aqua Drone cleans building exteriors with drones instead of ladders, lifts or scaffolding. Its FAA Part 107 certified pilots fly drones that reach up to 25 stories and apply soap, water and EPA-approved cleaning products to windows, building facades, solar panels, storage tanks and industrial facilities. Residential roofs and solar panels are also on the list of services.

The company was founded by Jim Goss, who has 35 years of experience in the elevator industry, and it builds its drones in-house in the USA. Quotes are free and requested through an online form or by phone. The company works across the Western United States, and the owner has used the drones on hotels, multi-family properties and solar arrays. Owners of buildings at least three or four stories tall can apply for a free demonstration.
