Susan Milner

Susan Milner is a licensed real estate broker and owner of Florida Future Realty, Inc., a boutique brokerage in Cape Coral. She focuses on luxury, waterfront and lifestyle properties for buyers and sellers, and she works with a small group of agents serving Cape Coral and Southwest Florida.

Buyers can expect help with waterfront access, neighborhoods, insurance, assessments and long-term value, and sellers get strategic pricing, presentation, online and social media exposure, and negotiation. She holds a weekly video home tour series on YouTube and describes her approach as honest and low pressure. Her office is at 627 Cape Coral Parkway West in Cape Coral.
