Sinclair Custom Homes

Sinclair Custom Homes builds completely custom homes in Cape Coral, with a focus on real wood cabinetry, hand-finished interiors and modern floor plans that can be adapted to a client's lot and tastes. Matthew Sinclair leads the company, and its own cabinet division and in-house painting crew handle much of the finish work. The builder also offers custom swimming pool designs, residential renovations and commercial build-out consulting.

Clients usually start from one of the company's existing floor plans and customize it, or they bring their own lot. Matthew Sinclair works on the job site and sits down with owners to lay out pools, including jets, spas and water features. The company serves Cape Coral, Lee County and Southwest Florida, and new projects can be started through its contact form or by phone during weekday business hours.
