Lauren Homes

Lauren Homes is a custom home builder in Southwest Florida that specializes in building on your own lot. Its floor plans come with impact-resistant windows and doors, a metal roof and spray-foam insulation already included, and buyers can personalize the layout and finishes. The company also builds fully custom homes designed around a particular lot, including acreage sites that need a well and septic system.

Lauren Homes offers a free consultation and a online home cost estimator, and most custom homes are listed at about $600,000 and up before land, with floor plans starting in the $400s. The company works in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Alva, Punta Gorda and Lehigh Acres, and its office is at Del Prado Boulevard South in Cape Coral. Clients who need financing can be introduced to a construction lender familiar with its draw schedule.
