Coconut Bay Construction

Coconut Bay Construction is a custom home builder in Cape Coral that also takes on home remodeling, including kitchen and bathroom projects. The company designs and builds single-family homes to each client's plans, and it offers a portfolio of home plans for Cape Coral and Fort Myers that clients can modify. Its president, Matt Krupka, has worked in the Cape Coral construction market for over 14 years after building homes in northeast Ohio.

Clients can go through the design and building process with the company, including complete plan design, engineering and 3-D cabinet layouts, and semi-custom homes are offered for a streamlined process at a range of budgets. The office is at 909 SE 47th Terrace in Cape Coral and is open weekdays during business hours. Many of its clients have been from outside the area, and the company keeps a virtual tour and photo gallery of finished homes.
